Red Link To Media, S.L., a Spanish company with registered office at C/ Jordi de Sant Jordi, 11, Ground Floor - 08027 - Barcelona (Barcelona) with NIF B65616195 and registered in the Commercial Register of Barcelona, on folio 96, Volume 42776, Sheet No. B-412411, and with the contact email: info@linktomedia.com is the company that owns www.linktomedia.com (hereinafter, "LTM.com").

2. What is LTM.com

It is a platform for creating and selling electronic content aimed at individuals who want to create video or text content and companies that want to buy content. The content created from the LTM.com platform will be published on Red Link To Media's own website (uncomo.com, uncome.it, etc.).

LTM.com reserves the right to accept writers to become part of the LTM.com network.

At LTM.com, we have decided not to publish on our websites (uncomo.com, uncome.it, etc.) any Content that deals with prohibited content as defined in section 5.2, that infringes intellectual property rights or any other rights of third parties, or if LTM.com considers it appropriate at its sole discretion.

For all the above, it will be the editors of LTM.com who, based on the above criteria, will decide which Contents are published on the Websites and which are not, provided that such a decision not to publish certain Contents does not constitute discrimination against the user.

3. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

3.1 Access and/or use of LTM.com is subject to the following Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy, as well as current legislation, and grants anyone who accesses, uses, and/or contributes content to it the status of a user.

3.2 By accessing and/or using LTM.com, the user accepts these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy without reservation or limitation.

3.3 If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions, the user must refrain from accessing and/or using LTM.com and must immediately leave it.

3.4 The user may not use the Website, nor may they accept the Terms and Conditions if:

(a) they are not legally capable of entering into a binding contract with LTM.com, or

(b) access, use, and/or the provision of Content could be contrary to the applicable law.

3.5 LTM.com reserves the right to make modifications and updates to the information contained on the Website, as well as to its configuration and presentation and the terms and conditions of access and use of it at any time and without prior notice. The user will be automatically bound by the terms and conditions that are in force at the time of access to the Website, so they should periodically read these Terms and Conditions.

4. Availability and Accessibility of LTM.com

4.1 LTM.com users, through their access to it, undertake to use it in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy, and current legislation and accept that the use of it, as well as its Content and/or services, is done under their sole and exclusive responsibility, assuming, vis-a-vis LTM.com and/or third parties, any damages and losses that may arise as a result of non-compliance with this obligation.

4.2 LTM.com offers users the possibility to register. The user is responsible for providing truthful and accurate information for their registration and for subscribing to any of the services available on the Website. Likewise, the user is responsible for diligently and confidentially safeguarding their username and password and for notifying LTM.com of any incidents in this regard.

4.3 In order to protect the rights of minors, LTM.com may have certain restricted access sections for them.

5. Contents of LTM.com

5.1 LTM.com will reject, refuse to publish, or remove any Content related to the contents detailed in the following section, that infringe intellectual property rights or any other rights of third parties, or if LTM.com considers it appropriate at its sole discretion, provided that it does not constitute a discriminatory act.

5.2 By way of example but not limitation, LTM.com will not publish or proceed to remove Content that:

(i) deals with offensive or discriminatory content based on sex, race, religion, or any other social or personal circumstance,
(ii) promotes harassment, hatred, or physical or psychological violence, or is abusive or intimidating,
(iii) is false or misleading or promotes or deals with illegal, immoral, detrimental to public order, abusive, threatening, violent, pornographic, obscene, defamatory, or slanderous activities,
(iv) contains information that represents or creates a risk to the privacy or security of any person,
(v) contains information that promotes the creation of computer viruses or contains viruses or other harmful files,
(vi) involves commercial activities and/or sales without the prior written consent of LTM.com, such as contests, sweepstakes, advertising, pyramid schemes, or others,
(vii) involves the transmission of "spam" or "chain letters," or the sending of unsolicited mass or "spamming" messages,
(viii) offers restricted access pages or hidden pages or images,
(ix) includes personal data, including the image or video of another person without the proper consent,
(x) promotes propaganda and/or symbols of unconstitutional or illegal organizations,
(xi) violates or promotes the violation of intellectual or industrial property rights, rights to honor, privacy, image, trade rights, contractual rights, or any other rights of any person or entity, and
(xii) constitutes or promotes behaviors or attitudes that involve mistreatment of animals or people.

5.3 All Content that the user wishes to publish will be reviewed in advance by LTM.com, without this implying any responsibility on the part of LTM.com for such review or moderation to detect Content that, in its opinion, may be illegal or inappropriate. Nor will LTM.com be responsible for the Content finally published or for the user's conduct regarding the published Content.

5.4 In the event that the Content could violate intellectual property rights or any other rights of third parties, LTM.com will remove them from its network of websites or prevent access to them if a competent authority has so declared, as established by current regulations.

6. User Account Cancellation

The user is authorized to cancel their account on LTM.com at any time through the mechanism provided for this purpose on LTM.com. The cancellation of the account does not entitle the user to withdraw the Content they have provided to LTM.com, as the intellectual property rights over them belong to LTM.com.

7. Disclaimer

7.1 LTM.com shall not be liable for damages arising from the use of the Website, nor for any actions taken based on the information provided on it.

7.2 LTM.com is not responsible for possible security errors or disconnections that may occur, nor for possible damage to the user's computer system (hardware and software), files, or documents stored on it, as a result of the presence of viruses on the user's computer used to connect to the Website, or due to a malfunction of the browser or the use of outdated versions of it.

8. Liability for Links from Other Websites to LTM.com

8.1 Users who wish to offer Content from LTM.com on their own website may include a link that links their website to the home page of the Website.

8.2 Websites that offer a link to the Website may use LTM.com's trademark, logo, trade name, and/or any other distinctive sign only in cases authorized by law or expressly permitted by LTM.com.

8.3 Users may not reproduce LTM.com on their own website in any way or establish frames or frames of any kind that surround the Website or allow it to be viewed through different Internet addresses or together with content other than that of the Website, in a way that causes or may cause error or confusion in the public about the origin of the Content, implies an act of comparison or unfair imitation, serves to take advantage of LTM.com's reputation and brand, or is done in any other way prohibited by applicable law.

8.4 Users who introduce the link to LTM.com may not make any false or inaccurate statements about LTM.com, its members and/or clients, or about the quality of the Content offered.

8.5 Websites offering a link to the Website will not provide illicit, harmful, contrary to morals and good customs, misleading content, which gives or may give the false impression that LTM.com endorses or supports the ideas, statements, or actions of such users, or which are inappropriate in relation to the activity carried out by LTM.com.

9. Liability for Links from LTM.com to Other Websites

9.1 In order to help users find other information or services of interest, the Website may include hyperlinks or links to other websites that are not owned by LTM.com or controlled by it. LTM.com does not control the content, legal conditions, privacy policies, or practices of third-party websites and assumes no responsibility for them.

9.2 The user acknowledges and accepts that access to other websites does not imply that LTM.com recommends or approves their content, and that LTM.com will not be responsible for any losses or damages that the user may suffer as a result of the availability of the mentioned websites or the credibility attributed to the completeness, accuracy, or existence of any information offered through such websites.

9.3 LTM.com will remove from its network of websites or prevent access to links that refer to illegal activities or that harm the rights or property of a third party, provided that a competent authority has declared so, as established by current regulations.

10. Prohibited Activities

10.1 The user may not engage in illegal or unlawful activities on LTM.com, including but not limited to child pornography, corruption of minors, fraud, trafficking in obscene material, drug trafficking, gambling, harassment, theft of trade secrets, spamming, sending viruses or other harmful files, infringement of intellectual and industrial property rights, infringement of the rights to honor, privacy, and image, as well as any other rights.

10.2 The user may not interfere with or disrupt in any way the hardware, software, or networks through which the Website's service is offered by using viruses, robots, worms, or any other type of code, file, or program.

10.3 The user may not circumvent or modify any technology or security software of LTM.com in a way that prevents its use, nor may they collaborate in such tasks.

10.4 The user may not impersonate or attempt to impersonate the identity of other users on the Website.

10.5 The user may not display unauthorized commercial advertising on LTM.com or use the Content of the Website to conduct unauthorized commercial advertising or otherwise harass, abuse, or harm another person or entity.

11. Minors

LTM.com is intended for users over the age of fourteen (14) years old, and LTM.com is exempt from any unauthorized access and use of the Website.

12. Advertising

The Website may host advertising content or be sponsored. Advertisers and sponsors are solely responsible for ensuring that the material submitted for inclusion on the Website complies with the laws that may be applicable in each case. LTM.com will not be responsible for any errors, inaccuracies, or irregularities that may be contained in the advertising content or by the sponsors.

13. Data Protection

LTM.com will process the personal data collected through its Website in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

14. Intellectual and Industrial Property Rights

14.1 LTM.com is protected by intellectual and industrial property rights. By way of example but not limitation, the Content, graphic design, source code, logos, texts, graphics, illustrations, photographs, and other elements that appear on the Website. Therefore, the user acknowledges that the reproduction, distribution, marketing, transformation, and, in general, any other form of exploitation, by any means, of all or part of the Website constitutes an infringement of intellectual and industrial property rights of LTM.com or the owner of those rights unless the user has obtained prior express authorization.

14.2 LTM.com is the legitimate owner of the exploitation rights over the Content published on its network of websites (uncomo.com, uncome.it), worldwide, for an unlimited period, absolutely, and without any limitations of any kind. In particular, and by way of example but not limitation, LTM.com may reproduce in whole or in part, market, disseminate, translate, publish, print, alter, transform, make adaptations and updates of the Content, and enter into contracts with third parties to assign its use, agree on its distribution, and even assign the exploitation rights.

14.3 Logos, trademarks, trade names, and other distinctive signs of any kind contained on the Website are also protected by law.

14.4 The user may not modify or use such intellectual and industrial property in such a way that its disclosure is detrimental to LTM.com. LTM.com will claim damages resulting from the improper use by third parties of its intellectual and industrial property.

14.5 LTM.com does not grant any license or authorization for the use of any kind of intellectual or industrial property rights or any other rights or property related to the Website, services, or Content.

15. Notification of Violations

15.1 In the event that the user infringes intellectual and/or industrial property rights or any other rights of third parties, LTM.com will notify them when it becomes aware of such infringements, requiring them to cease the publication of infringing Content. In such a case, the user will be held responsible for such infringements, and LTM.com will cancel their access to the Website.

15.2 If any person or entity believes that the Content published on the Website infringes their intellectual and/or industrial property rights, their rights to honor, privacy, image, or any other rights, they may notify LTM.com through any of the contact channels listed on the Website with the subject "Violation of Rights," request its removal, and provide the following information:

(a) Identification of the rights protected by current legislation that are considered violated,
(b) Identification of the Content that allegedly violates the rights in question, with reasonably sufficient information for LTM.com to locate such material on the Website,
(c) Contact information (physical or electronic address and telephone number) so that LTM.com can contact such person or entity,
(d) A statement in which such person or entity affirms that the information included in the notification is true and accurate and that they are the owner of the rights allegedly violated or are authorized to act on their behalf, and
(e) A copy of the ID card, passport, or other official document proving their identity.

LTM.com will attend to this request, and if it believes that the person or entity has valid reasons to request the removal of such Content, it will proceed to its immediate removal from the Website so that it is not accessible to users, not even from the cache memory.

16. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions will be governed and interpreted in accordance with Spanish law in force.

Any controversy, claim, or dispute regarding the interpretation, execution, and/or resolution of these Terms and Conditions will be submitted to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Barcelona.
